Will this work on a 2021 thor omni that has a road master anti sway bar also installed?

Yes, the Roadmasater Reflex steering stabilizer part # RM55VR is compatible with a Roadmaster sway bar installed as well. They actually work really well together and would give you a much better overall driving experience.
