Question:

Do you need the compressor kit? Over time, my semi airbags will leak down. How leak free are these springs over time? I dont want to have to stop 3X or more/day to pump them up. How often does the pressure need to be adjusted when pulling the same load? Thanks!

Most air systems like this that experience leaks is often caused by poor installation. The air lines need to be cut straight and deburred to ensure you do not damage the seals.
