Can the 2 pair Rhino Rack ski and fish face mount to a flat surface vertical ski mount?

The Rhino-Rack Ski and Fishing Rod Carrier # RR572 is only designed to be roof mounted placing the skis horizontally. We do have the Yakima HitchSki # Y02418 and Thule Tram # TH9033 which are designed to hold skis vertically. These are designed to attach to their accompanying bike racks listed below.
