What Size Frame Width Does Demco Surge Actuator DM7VR Fit

I have fulton swing away tongue which is 3 1/4 wide. any way it can work on this tongue.

Are you absolutely sure the tongue is 3-1/4 inches wide and not 3 inches wide? 3 inch wide is a very common size and is what the Demco Surge Actuator part # DM72VR is designed to fit.
