I am trying to find out how much battery amp hours I need to have to run a 2000 pure sign dc/ac inverter. I already have a 2 battery bank or 100 amp hour batteries that I use and a 400 Amp hour solar panel to charge the system… what I need to know is what is the ratio for battery amps to keep 12 volts and run the AC on my trailer?

An RV air conditioner system is going to pull roughly 100 amps per hour so you wouldn't be able to run it long enough with your current battery bank. RV solar unfortunately isn't at a point where it would replenish the battery bank fast enough to maintain the draw that your AC would put on it. You would need a much larger battery bank, a lot more solar panels, and peak weather conditions to accomplish what you're wanting.
The only way you'd really be able to boondock and still run your AC would be to use a generator like # CH44FR. The generator would provide 30 amp service for your trailer for you to run your AC as well as the rest of your appliances. This specific generator can run off of gasoline or propane, giving you multiple fuel source options to fit with how much space you have for containers. It has an eco mode to quiet noise and use less fuel and has a built in inverter so it's safe for use with your sensitive electronics.
