Will the F4193 provide additional lift to level a stock 2020 Ram 2500 4WD?

The Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F4193 will not provide any additional lift to your Ram 2500. These don't even fit your model year. The Air Lift item # AL80532 are the correct air bags for your 2020 Ram's front coil springs and they do not provide a additional lift either.
Instead you will want to go with the SuperCoils Custom Suspension Coils item # SSC-25. These will provide an additional 2" of lift to your Ram 2500's front end.
