I did some searching and the closest I was able to find to what you're needing was the:
-Optronics 12V LED RV Dome Light # RVILL50 which measures 15-3/4" long, 3-5/16" wide, and is 1-13/16" deep.
&
-Opti-Brite LED RV Dome Light - 880 Lumens - Flange Mount # ILL10CCB which measures 18" long, 5-3/4" tall, and is 1" thick.
The Optronics # RVILL50 has a raw Lumens output of 870, an effective Lumen output of 720 Lumens and the LEDs have a lifetime warranty, while the Opti-Brite LED RV Dome Light - 880 Lumens - Flange Mount # ILL10CCB has a 880 effective Lumen output, a raw Lumen output of 1,100 Lumens, and also has a lifetime warranty on the LEDs.
