Question:

I have a 2021Nissan Titan XD Pro 4x4 with the in bed trac system and gooseneck structure. I want a conversion to a fifth wheel. I see online a rail system that will fit in my gooseneck, but the sliding hitch that was recommended says not to use it with conversion systems. ??? Please just tell me what I need and how high will the pin box be above the bed floor. If it can be adjusted, please give me the range.

For your application I recommend using the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6200 along with the 21K Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550035./ The rail adapter fits directly to the OEM puck system on your 2021 Nissan Titan XD and will allow you to safely tow.

The note on the Hijacker page that talks about gooseneck adapters sounds like what you're referring to. This note is accurate but your situation is an exception to this rule because most adapters like this only secure to the bed using the single gooseneck hitch point while this adapter secures using the gooseneck and the 2 tie-down points in your truck bed so the rails won't rotate when the Hijacker puts pressure on it like it could do with other adapter rail options.

The Hijacker has height settings of 15-1/4", 16-1/2", and 18" above your truck bed. You will want to adjust that and/or the height of your pin box to give you the best level towing experience.
