Recommended Bike Rack for a Electra Townie Go! 7D

Question:

Will the Electra Townie Go! 7D with 27 inch wheels and balloon tires fit on this rack? Its a slightly longer than normal bike. Not sure if wheelbase means distance from end to end or distance between tire contact points on the ground.

It looks like the wheel base on your Electra Townie Go! 7D is just over 46". The Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack item # HLY66ZR will have no issues. It works with bikes that have a maximum wheelbase of 50". This measurement is taken from the center of the front wheel to the center of the back wheel.

The Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack item # HLY66ZR has a 70 lbs per bike capacity and weighs 60 lbs. It can fit tires up to 29" that are 4-1/2" wide. This is a frame mounted bike rack which works great with alternative frame styles like your Townie Go.
