Are There Replacement Jack Parts for Jack on OTM Gooseneck Trailer

Published 02/08/2023

Question:

1998 OTM 24’ gooseneck flatbed trailer. OTM could not tell me what brand jack they installed from that many years ago! Does this replacement leg have the cast nut inside the leg or not? The nut on my leg is stripped!

I do have an option for you but you'll have to replace the jack on the trailer to get it back up and operational. It's simply not feasible to find replacement parts for a jack this old. It's likely the company who made the jack is no longer in business or no longer offers replacement parts for this due to the age. I recommend the Square Direct Weld Jack part # TJD-12000SP-F2 which has a forward facing return spring or part # TJD-12000SP-R2 which has a side facing return spring. These jacks both have a 10K lift and 12K support capacity and include a handle for operation. They will need to be welded to the frame which also requires cutting the old one off. I wish there was another option for you but repairing the existing jack is not possible and the sooner you get a full replacement, the faster you'll be back on the road.
