Do they make one the same size, that can be used outdoors? I have a metal sided trailer. Can this one be used outdoors?

The (discontinued) NightMinder RV Task Light NM-Motion-011 is designed for internal use so since you're wanting to use a motion activated light on the outside of your trailer I recommend checking out the ATAK Solar Motion Light # PT701 instead.
This light is made for the outdoors and comes with a built-in battery that charges using the solar panel on top of the housing. This same light comes in larger a option as part # PT702 as well if you're needing something larger.
