You should not have any problem installing a second extension for your Rola roof mount cargo basket. The two extensions will fit together and basically leave you with one big extension that mounts the same way (the tapered bars on each side fitting into the large tubes of the main basket).
Given that this is going to increase the length of the basket to about 90 inches overall, I strongly recommend adding a third roof rack bar for middle support under the basket. With 2 extensions you will have a lot of links in the chain, so to speak, and more places for possible failure. Additional support is strongly advised. You would then also need some additional brackets, 2 of # 59506.
It does not look like we carry the type of crossbars that you have on your 2003 Suburban so I would check with the manufacturer of those bars to see if you can get a single bar with 2 feet for extra support.
