Question:
Does the helper spring fit 2014 Forest River Georgetown motorhome? It has Ford F53 20,500lb chassis. Or would I be better off putting on new HD schlock’s… trying to reduce body sway/roll… thx

Helpful Expert Reply:
To help reduce the body roll on your 2014 Forest River Georgetown motorhome on the Ford F-53 20,500lb chassis I recommend starting with the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-145. This will add a 2nd stronger rear sway bar to your Georgetown to greatly reduce body roll. You can also add the SumoSprings Maxim Custom Helper Springs # SSR-187-54-1 with the sway bar to improve the rear stability further. Currently SuperSprings does not offer an option like the Suspension Stabilizer # SSA25 you found.
For the front suspension you can upgrade your factory sway bar to the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148. This bar is stronger than your current bar to reduce body roll. And the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSF-170-40-2 will increase the stability as well. Finally the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM42RR will help keep your steering centered while driving and reduce wandering in the steering. The combination of all these different parts will greatly increase the drivability of your Georgetown and make it much more enjoyable to drive.
