Can The Stealth Hitches Receiver For a 2018 Porsche Macan Be Installed as a DIY Installation?

Is it easy to DIY? how long does it take to install on my Macan? Does anyone have a link to a video how to install?

Installing the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH84FR on your 2018 Porsche Macan will require removal of the rear fascia. Depending on your skill/comfort level this will determine on how easy of an installation you will have. The receiver itself is rated for a 2 hour installation for an experienced technician who has experience installing this type of receiver. For a DIY installation you would likely be looking at closer to a 4 hour install time. I have linked the installation instructions below which will provide detailed color photos allowing you to see all the steps involved and determine if you would like to install yourself. It will also detail the instructions for the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring # SH79FR and provide you with a list of the tools required. Currently we do not have a installation video for this receiver.

The Kit # SH84FRT will include both the towing kit and receiver if you know you want to install both at the same time.
