Question:

Brake Relay, found a review on your site of the requirement for a brake relay. Not able plug my RAM to my Motorhome and test the turn signals brake light operation. Is the issue for all wiring harness or just the 118841,

I went ahead and checked out the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector you mention you have, and it turns out that, that wiring harness is not compatible with your 2022 Ram 1500.

This would explain why it is not working with your vehicle. Instead, you're going to need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C55515.

This wiring harness will plug into your factory wiring and will provide your truck with a 4-way flat trailer connector at the back of your vehicle to power your trailer's signal lights.
