Question:
I just received 4 new tires and wheel from you. ST205/75R15 on steel rims with 6 lug bolt patterns with 5 1/2 center hole. I had on it a 6 lug with 4 1/2 center hole. Can i still use these rims safely. Please let me know. thanks

From what I'm seeing it looks like you ordered the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" Silver Mod Wheel # TA87VR which has a 4-1/4" pilot diameter. This is a little smaller than what you were using so you will just need to make sure it can fit over your specific hub.
For future reference though, the pilot diameter can be larger for lug-center wheels that secure using lug nuts. If you had a hub-centric setup that used wheel bolts instead of lug nuts you would need to have a wheel that matches the pilot diameter better.
Attached is a review video of the tire/wheel you previously ordered for you to reference.
