I need same exact style as part # 37213925, 5 in-line prongs for slide... can you provide?

While we don't currently carry a slide out switch with 5 in-line pins I do still have another option for you with the Single Slide-Out Momentary Switch # 37212295. The pins aren't in-line, but will still serve the same purpose for extending and retracting your trailer's slide out.
