Replacement Roof Vent Lid for 1998 Chinook

Question:
I need to replace the vent cover on my 1998 Chinook. The old cover blew off so I dont have that as an example. the hinge on the base is a Cinch type that is not continuous photo attached. Looks like a 4 gap pin type? What is the correct replacement model? Thanks in Advance for your help.

Thanks for the picture of your roof vent. Based on that you have the pre-2008 Elixir roof vent and would need thelid part # CAM40155.
