The Thule Helium Platform Bike Rack part # TH53GC has a distance of about 11 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest wheel tray. So to determine if this could fit past the spare of your Jeep Wrangler you'd need to measure from the center of your Wrangler hitch pin hole out to the furthest point on the rear spare and if that's less than 11 inches this would fit without issue. In our experience this distance on Wranglers is around 10 inches so there's a good chance this would work.

If you needed a bit more clearance you could use the Thule hitch extender part # TH55JV which would add right at 7 inches which would give you the needed clearance.
