Air Lift Air Helper Springs and Compressor System For a 2021 Ford Transit T350

Question:

Hello, in install videos it appears that the lower brackets for airlift 5000 springs are not matching rear axle contour for the Ford Transit kits. There are sharp corners resting on the round axle. Should that be a concern? Thank you

There is no concern with the square notches in the Air Lift Kits # AL57213 & # AL88213 on the round axle of your 2021 Ford Transit T350. The thickness of the steel is thick enough they will not damage each other. Personally I prefer the Kit # AL88213 as it includes internal jounce bumpers. The factory jounce bumpers are removed to install the air springs. Having them installed in the air springs will help reduce bouncing also while loaded.

I recommend the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL58WQ to control the air pressure in your springs from your cell phone. This system uses a smart manifold which will monitor the air pressure while you drive and keep it within 3psi of your last setting. You will not have to verify your air pressure constantly to ensure the pressure hasn't drained over time.
