Can the Heated Travel Blanket with Built In Timer Be Used in Extreme Cold Temperatures

Hi Do cables stiffen/crack in the cold subzero, or do they remain at least a bit supple? I know I should not expect TOO much from such a good deal…

The Heated Travel Blanket with Built In Timer part # PT37ZR is designed for use inside a vehicle so it's not exactly rated for extreme temperatures. I assume you are worried about storing the blanket inside a vehicle when not in use in climates with extreme low temperatures. If that's the case then I would simply recommend bringing the blanket inside during these times. The blanket will warm during use and heat the cord slightly so there should not be any issues there.

Unfortunately, I don't have the material composition of the wire jacket therefore cannot inform of the cold temperature rating. The manufacturer is unable to provide this either unfortunately.
