will this awning fit on the back of a century truck cap with a Thule track system?

The Thule Overcast Awning - Roof Rack Mount part # TH8002AW604 is designed to attach directly to roof rack crossbars with an integrated top channel. Therefore, the awning would need to be positioned so that it opens either from the driver side or passenger side. If you don't already have a roof rack installed on the tracks you'd need to add one for the awning as stated. I recommend the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for Factory Tracks part # Y02-480B-NT which has the integrated channels you need for the awning.
