To connect your two 20-lb propane tanks together, you're going to need an automatic changeover regulator like the:
-Camco Automatic Changeover 2-Stage Propane Regulator for Dual Propane Tanks # CAM59005 which will switch propane tanks when one is empty.
Additionally, to connect the propane tanks to the regulator, you'll need an pigtail hose # CAM59053.
Finally, I also recommend adding a gas gauge # CAM59023, which will allow you to check on how much propane is left in your tank and will also detect gas leaks.
