Yes, the Demco Underbed Rail and Installation Kit # DR37FR will fit either the short or long bed on your 2023 Chevrolet 2500. These will allow you to use Demco UMS series 5th wheel hitches like the Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # DM8550037. We also have the Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # DM5988 for towing a gooseneck trailer.
