Question:
I was looking at the snow plows for my 2009 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. I see they all raise and lower from in the cab but do any have power angle.

Our plows have some adjustability, but they don't have a power angle - to adjust the angle you will need to do so manually.
For your application I recommend checking out the Detail K2 Elite # K2AVAL8826ELT which installs on your 2009 Ford Explorer Sport Trac using the Curt Front Mount Hitch Receiver # 31545.
I like this snowplow because it's 88" wide x 26" tall, it has 3 different angle positions (left, center, and right), and it uses a chain-lifting design that does a great job at resisting the elements so you can be confident in a quality product.
