Hello, I have a 2004 F-250 V10 Extra Cab Longbed 2WD and I need an installation kit for the 5th Wheel Hitch I already own. I have a Hensley Trailer Saver BD5 hitch that installs on the under bed puck system I previously had a 2016 F-450 that the BD5 hitch was installed on and I wanted to see which installation kit I should buy. The Hensley Saver BD5 5th wheel hitch that you currently have is designed to fit into the OEM pucks that you previously had on your 2016 Ford F-450 and will unfortunately not work with standard 5th wheel rails.

With that being said, you're going to need to use a different hitch like the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C16140, which will install into a set of ISR like the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Ford F250 and F350 - Carbide Finish # C16443-204.

These rails are custom fit for your 2004 Ford F-250 that'll mount beneath your truck bed, includes the brackets and hardware, and will work with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky 5th wheel hitches.
