The best tire chain option for your 2005 Lexus RX330 that has P235/55R18 tires is the Konig Easy Fit Chains part # TH04115245 which install in a matter of seconds, will last a long time, and provide great traction. If you are looking for a set you'll use regularly and want something easy and great performing this is the set to use.
If you were looking for something a little more budget orientated the Titan chains # TC1555 would be the way to go. These are still on the easier side of install, provide great traction, and will last a decent amount of time but the Easy Fits are much better in all areas except price.
