I bought one with a 16 inch door. But that’s the same size as my opening. Can I put a 18 by 18 door on it. Item # 2021132338

Yes, you can unscrew the old 16" x 16" door and swap it out with the Replacement Access Door for Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater - 18" x 18" # FR73FR. We also carry a 16" x 18" door # FR63FR if the 18" x 18" is too large.
I do highly recommend using some butyl tape # AL28FJ on the back of the door over the screw holes to form a watertight seal between it and the wall of your RV.
