I do have some trailer wiring harness options for a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox (All Models Except for Premier). That said, we do not carry Reese Towpower therefore cannot confirm fit of this. For that, I must recommend you reach out to the manufacturer of said product. What I recommend using instead is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56375 for models with a tow package or part # C94FR for models without a tow package. These options are both confirmed, direct plug-in-play fits without any splicing required. If you don't know whether or not you have the factory tow package, it's best to reach out to the dealer and ask. However, the option for models without the factory tow package will also still work on models with the tow package,

Please note, in order to complete your towing setup you'll also need a trailer hitch and ball mount/hitch ball. I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76419 which is a bolt-on option and the Curt Towing Starter Kit part # C45534.
