The Thule Sidekick Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier Box # TH78GC does not have any built-in mounting points inside of the carrier. The best way to help secure the cargo inside of the box would be to overpack the box. Use things like towels and blankets to add depth and padding for the cargo and fill in empty spaces to prevent as much movement.
