I do have some great roof rack options for a 2022 Honda Civic Sedan. I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbar System which is composed of part # TH711420, part # TH710501, and part # TH64RE. This is an excellent custom fit option with no modifications required to the vehicle. It has aero shaped crossbars which are very wind resistance, work with a wide variety of crossbar accessories, and have built-in slots for use with channels mounted accessories. The custom design not only makes for a smooth install but the appearance will also be very sleek.
