is it possible to purchase just the chassis mounting points and not the arms for both the D3109 and D2102 Torclift camper mounts?

The TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs part # TLD3109 for rear or part # TLD2102 for front which are a fit for a 2004 Dodge Ram are only available as a full set meaning they come with both the receiver and removable arm, neither are offered separately unfortunately. In order to complete this setup you'll also need turnbuckles, the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles for Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs part # TLS9529-2-LK are what I recommend.
