Question:
I would like to install an air bag kit onto my 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 when hauling stuff. I am interested in both the Firestone and Air Lift 7500 models. Out of the two which one would you recommend?

Out of the two air bag kits that you mentioned I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2709 over the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57541 due to the construction of the air bags.
The construction of the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F2709 air bags and mounting plates are stronger, which will make them more durable and last longer. The Firestone kit uses a crimp-rolled seal to connect the bag to the mounting plate. The Air Lift essentially uses a clamp to help secure the bag to the plate, which makes them more susceptible to coming undone in extreme conditions.
I also recommend installing an air compressor like the Firestone Air Command II # F2168. I like this system because it allows you to monitor and adjust your air bags on the go and it comes with a tank and air hose so you can fill up your truck/trailer tires or anything else while you're towing/hauling. For an easier installation you can also add the Mounting Bracket Kit # F2530.
I linked an installation video of the Firestone Air Bags being installed onto a 2020 GMC Sierra 3500. The installation process will be the same for your 2023 GMC Sierra 3500. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach back out to me anytime and I would be more than happy to further assist you in your towing endeavors.
