Will the rhino rack ski rack 574 fit in my factory installed crossbars? They have an arc to them and aren’t straight.

Yes, the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # RR574 will fit the OEM roof rack on your 2019 Toyota RAV4 just fine!
Most OEM roof racks have a slight curvature to them so this is perfectly normal and will not cause any issues.
