Yes, the WeatherTech Side Window Rain Guards with Dark Tinting # WT77DD are the correct parts to fit your 2023 GMC Sierra 3500 with the double cab. This comes with everything you need to get the rain guards installed but I do recommend taking it slow. A lot of times people will get in a hurry to get them installed so the adhesive doesn't apply properly. If you take your time with the installation though you'll be good to go!
