regarding Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 2 Shanks - 8-1/2 Long: do you sell the cable loop at one end, bolt hole at the other by itself? If not, any idea where I could get this type of cable?

We do carry the Replacement Cable # S2005. This cable has the loop on one end and bolt hole on the other end of the 7' cable. It is constructed of 10mm braided steel cable. We do not have one 8-1/2' long like the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable # S64030 you found.
