Though you will not fully be able to eliminate sag you will be able to help reduce it by using the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SS55FR. These springs are maintenance-free and will help upgrade your 2022 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500. I like the springs because they have an easy, bolt-on installation and are maintenance-free and have no tubing to run or air pressure to monitor like your standard air springs.
The Sumo Springs have a 3,000 pound weight capacity and will not increase your vehicle's weight-carrying capacity. I linked a review video below going over the Sumo Springs into further detail. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach back out to me anytime and I would be more than happy to further assist you.
