Will Slight Variations Between Wheel Lug Nut Torques Cause Problems
Published 11/15/2022 >
Question:
If I were to get this digital torque adapter, it would only be for tightening lug nuts on my car. Ive never used a digital torque wrench or digital torque adapter before so there might be a slight variance in tightness from one lug nut to the next depending on whether you ease off right when it beep or a second or two after it beeps. That slight variation in tightness from one bolt to the next wouldnt cause any issues I wouldnt imagine, would it?

The slight variances in the lug nut torques that you'll see when using the Digital Torque Adapter # PTM206 for your vehicle won't be enough to cause any problems. Just be sure you're tightening the lug nuts in a "star" pattern to get a nice, even fit to your vehicle.
