stear gear box missing gears motor good. part number on motor is lci pn 369545 i just need gear box. which one straight shaft? Thanks

The LC369545 is what the manufacturer labels both the motor and gear box together but for just the gear box you'd want the part # LC379161 that you referenced.

You are correct, the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Gear/Linkage B part #LC379161 is not compatible with the old motor on your 28 series steps, so you will need to upgrade to the Kwikee Motor for New IMGL Step part #LC379147.
