Correct Replacement Thumb Turn Cam Lock 1-1/8" Long x 3/4" Diameter

Question:
My barrel is 3/4. But my confusion is what dimension does 1 1/8inch represent? Or 1 3/8? The bottom line is that I am trying to replace this keyed cam latch with a thumb turn cam latch. Which ones that you have will fit?

The Replacement Thumb Turn Cam Latch Cylinder part # 295-000012 has a 3/4" diameter with 1-1/8" long body measured at the threads. This appears to match what you have listed in the photos so it should be a direct fit replacement by just simply swapping over your old cam.
