I just purchased a 2022 Tesla Model 3 I was interested in a Stealth hitch and read that 1 of the 4 bolts was not on my vehicle and was wondering if the Stealth hitch would still work? If not is there a bracket I will need?

Yes, The Stealth Hitch # 391TES317 and The Stealth Hitch # 391TES317T will both work your three bolt 2022 Tesla Model 3. There is a new bracket that is included with the two hitches mentioned above that addresses the issue.

The Stealth Hitch # 391TES317 is for hitch mounted accessories only like a bike rack or cargo carrier. The hitch has a tongue weight of 350 pounds. If you eventually wanted to tow in the future you could purchase The Towing Kit # 391CONVB7 which provides everything that you would need to tow your trailer wiring included.

The Stealth Hitch # 391TES317T comes with both options. The attachment for bike racks and cargo carriers, and the attachment to tow your trailer. The wiring is also included. The trailer hitch has a towing weight up to 3,500 pounds.

Both hitches you should check your vehicle's manual to find out the proper towing capacity of your Tesla. Both hitches have a simple, bolt on installation.
