Expert Reply:
The Reese Titan 5th wheel hitch was discontinued by Reese and they currently no longer have the handle bushing 58492 available. In the event you are not able to find this bushing in a dealers left over inventory or want to go ahead and upgrade to a new 5th wheel before more parts break, I recommend the Curt PowerRide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # C22ER. This hitch is similar to the Reese Titan as it also has removable Wear Plates # C52WR so you will not need a Lube Plate # 16721. It will fit into the industry standard rails. If you have a newer truck with the factory in bed hitch mounting points let me know what truck and I can find you the correct feet to fit into those mounting points.
