I did some research and your Lectric XPremium ebike weighs 68 lbs without the battery installed, so as long as you remove the battery then yes, it is compatible with the Destination bike rack you asked about, which is the following part number:
- Hollywood Racks Destination E Bike Rack # HLY66ZR
The Destination # HLY66ZR has a 70 lb per-bike capacity and was a really nice choice for a rack as it will make loading your bike much easier with its ramp.
