Question:

The user Manual in 2019 mention nothing especially with the battery. But in 2020 and 2021 it is mentionned to disconnect battery. Flat towing in the last 2years my Blazer, several time the battery went dead. M’y GM dealer recoomended the procedure in the 2019 manual. I want to solved the problem, should I install a charging kit. Thank you

I just verified with Roadmaster that you will need to use a charge line kit when flat towing your 2019 Chevy Blazer. To do this you will want the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25. Once you install this kit you won't have a dead battery again. Don't listen to the GM dealer.

I have linked an installation video below for you to check out. This is a universal fit kit so the video being on a different model Chevy won't change the installation method.
