I have a super winch 10,000 lb winch - I am assuming your 3 pin wireless controller will work with my winch, is this correct

No, the ComeUp Wireless Remote Control # CU880609 works with ComeUp DV series winches like the ComeUp DV-4500i Trailer Winch # CU644512, not a Superwinch.
For a Superwinch we have the Wireless Remote Control Kit for Superwinch 12V Electric Winches # SW43GR which will work with all 12V electric Superwinch winches. If you have a different winch, please let me know specifically what winch you have and I would be happy to help you further.
