I recommend installing the Thule WingBar Evo roof rack on your 2023 Toyota Highlander with the clean/naked roof. I prefer to use the Thule as they utilize a channel mount in which you do not have to cut the rubber strips to use channel mounted accessories. Here is a list of the parts needed to install this on your roof.
