No Power to Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System

Question:
Our brake box in our 2022 for ranger lariat is dead. Is that a fuse issue or is something not right? We hooked it up to a charger and got it working. But obviously there’s and issue. Any recommendations?

If you don't have power to your Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System then the first thing to do would be to plug another accessory into the outlet so you can ensure the outlet has power and is not the issue. If it outlet is good then the issue is just likely a blown fuse which is located inside the power cord. If you unscrew the tip on the plug there should be a AGC-10 fuse you can inspect or replace as needed.
Please note, there will be a red light on the power cord plug when the unit has power.

Replaced fuse, red light on plug comes on, but still the box won’t operate. Any help?
