Question:
How many inches of travel does this airbag have? Will it work with Icon rear springs?
asked by: Zach K
Expert Reply:
The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2565 for a 2014 Ford F-150 Raptor have a compressed height of 6.5" and an extended height of 13.5". Therefore, the travel of the air springs is 7". If you're looking for an option with more travel, you'd want to consider jounce style replacements for which I recommend the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SS52GR.
Please note, these suspension enhancements are designed for factory suspension so any aftermarket components could affect fit.
