I have a 2023 Volvo XC90 and I am looking to add a roof rack to transport my bikes and Thule Bike rack. Does Thule make a roof rack that will fit my Volvo? It has the raised side rails.

Yes, Thule does make a roof rack for your 2023 Volvo XC90. It is compatible with the raised side rails and will also work with the Thule TopRide item # TH75JV you were looking at. The roof rack includes the following parts:
Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 53" Long - Qty 2 item # TH711420
Evo Raised Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars - Factory Raised Rails - Qty 4 item # TH710401
This aero roof rack has a 165 lbs capacity. I have linked an installation video below along with a picture of what your bike rack will look like when attached to these crossbars.
