The Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit item # HM56101 will fit a 2003 Chevy Tahoe. However, it is for when your Tahoe is being flat towed to control your tail lights by the RV. It will not allow your Tahoe to control trailer lights.
To add a 4-way connector that can be used to control trailer lights you will need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package item # C55384. This harness will allow you to keep your Tahoe's 7-way connector as well.
I have linked an installation video below.
You may also need the Hopkins 4-Pole Flat Wiring Extension - 120" Long item # HM48235 to extend the length of the 4-flat connector.
